Lili Pinup prelim by Patrick Hitte (1 Comment)

Am just returning from Bordeaux today, where I took benefit of a supra cool chance to visit Mr. Hitte into his workshop to shake hands, chat abit and admire his numerous originals.

As you can imagine the room's filled with life-sized pinup silhouettes and pinup paintings of differents sizes, colors and shapes. In a word, pinups for every tastes ! ^^
The life-sized silhouettes in particular irradiate an uncontestable sophisticated presence.. Temperature's getting real high near Lorène's corner she's too damn lovely lol!
Nothing can replace the marvel of seeing in person and I strongly encourage fellows a little or totally into (classic) pinup art who get the opportunity to pass and visit Patrick during his exhibitions in Paris twice a year, see http://www.patrick-hitte.com/.

This is one of the supra nice pencil prelims I dig so much as most of my buddies know and with whom Patrick was supra nice to accept to part (!). Most definitely has played a role in the elaboration of the 'Lili' cutoff silhouette.. (which was there with Alice and Lorène, hi Lili !)
