Original art featuring policeman Foster Hill and Dana Anderson's ghost, main characters of the Halloween Blues storyline, by its parent penciller Kas.

Though the original idea behind the comic line promised to be real interesting to me, its exploitation in the comic left a little to be desired imo.
– Stays that this Dana in a red dress... Rroarrr!
