Here's one of the most famous iconic Black Cat renditions by Rio...
Original piece was confided to Walden Wong for inking, whom operated directly onto the original pencils. So the pencils only version doesn't exist anymore, but the process allowed Walden to gain extreme precision in the inking.

Felicia Hardy's always been an inspirational character to Rio, at least the only one he did paint lifesized onto one of his home doors !
The energy contained into this pinup illustration is outstanding. Am really astonished to see the original piece fall into my collection after this whole lot of time... and world journeying (came to me from a well-known comiccon artist in Australia) !
