Yet, this realistic version by Rod (these legs he can draw).... :)

Hey. My absolute fav (but in fact, all pencillers considered) is CW in integral grey outfit, except the black gloves and boots, with the added sexy belt showing off her feminine hips.

To me, only Timm managed to make the character this attractive.
